Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Customer:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at contact@klaycart.com

If you cancel your order before shipping, we will refund the full amount excluding the payment gateway charges to the account used for making the payment.

If the order is shipped and is in transit, customer have to decline the product delivery. After the confirmation of the product return by courier/logistics to our warehouse, we will place to refund to the the same payment method as received minus the bank charges if any.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Klaycart and accept Klaycart’s decision regarding the order cancellation.

Cancellation by Klaycart:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance team or technical software issues of third party service providers. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged or bank/UPI account has been debited, rest assured, the said amount will be credited back to the source account usually within 5 to 7 working days. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Klaycart and accepts Klaycart’s decision regarding the cancellation.
