The general consensus is that topical skincare products that are not prescribed by a doctor are safe to use during pregnancy and while nursing. That being said, we always recommend that you speak with your doctor and take the precautionary measures that you see fit throughout and post your pregnancy. Yes, the products are medically proven formulas and registered and are sold pan India. You can also visit a doctor for consultation if required. The product sold under Klaycart are cosmetics and does not require a prescription.

No, these are our non-prescription-based products and do not come under the drugs law of the country.

Do you provide free shipping?
No – we do not offer free shipping and will be calculated at checkout because we use third party services for logistics. However, we may run certain offers that include free delivery.
Where do you ship from and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
All Klaycart orders are shipped from Delhi, India. An order typically arrives within 3-5 business days from fulfillment.
How can I track my order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once you receive your order confirmation. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, mail at email@example.com for cancellation within 12 hours of ordering
When will my order ship?
We process and ship all our order from Monday to Saturday. Orders with standard shipping are typically fulfilled and shipped on the business day following your order. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email and same will be reflected on your order history.

My orders are not visible in the account?
You might have not created an account with us, while placing the order, this means you have done "Guest Checkout". Guest Checkout is the feature for the users who do not want to create account. Do not worry! we have your order.
I have not sign up on Klaycart and placed the order, How to track my order status now?
In case you have not sign up or login before placing the order. you can still track it by going to "Track Order Status" and input your email and order no to get the tracking status.
My tracking does not show any update?
Your tracking is not updated in real time. You might have to wait for some time before Logistics/Courier page is updates the page with latest information.

What is your return policy?
We always ship brand new products, we will only accept unopened products within returning period. We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
Can I exchange a product?

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
