Most of our products are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different items delivered to you, we will provide a full refund  to the original payment method or free replacement, as applicable.

You may notify us at contact@klaycart.com to initiate a return of the product, within 7 days of receiving it only if you have received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing components, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on klaycart.com.

Return will be processed only if –

  1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  2. The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  3. The product is returned in original condition, kept in the original package in which the product was delivered to you, along with the entire included components therein.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect and we reserve the right to pick up the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Exclusions

All of our products undergo rigorous quality checks, before we market it. Still, if you do not like a product, you can stop using it. Consult your doctor, if you notice an allergic reaction. Physical appearances of our products may change if they are not stored as specified on the respective product labels. However, none of these conditions make you eligible to get a refund/replacement.
